VEYQON HRMS

VEYQON puts your workday in your pocket. Clock in and out, run timers against the tasks you are actually working on, and handle the admin that usually means finding a laptop — all from your phone. ATTENDANCE Check in and out in a tap. See your history at a glance and know exactly what has been recorded. Where your organisation uses location verification, your check-in is recorded with the place it happened, so there is no ambiguity later. TASK TIMERS Start a timer when you begin work and stop it when you are done. Time lands against the right task automatically, so timesheets stop being a Friday afternoon reconstruction exercise. LEAVE Request time off, check your remaining balance before you ask, and follow a request through approval without chasing anyone. EXPENSES AND ADVANCES Submit expense claims and advance requests from the phone, and track where each one has got to. PAYSLIPS Your salary slips, available when you need them, without an email thread. DESIGNED FOR REAL WORK Fast on a phone, readable in bright light, and comfortable in dark mode. Your notifications collect in one place so approvals and rejections do not get lost. REQUIRES AN ACCOUNT VEYQON connects to your organisation's own VEYQON workspace. You will need your company's workspace address and your work credentials. There is no public sign-up. PRIVACY No advertising. No analytics SDKs. No tracking across other apps or websites. Location is recorded only at the moment you check in or start and stop a timer — never continuously, never in the background — and only where your organisation has enabled it. You are told about it before it happens.
