There is no hardware. They never made this product. Stole $1.9 million from indiegogo and kickstarter but never delivered anything.

Nearly every feature doesn’t work or throws errors. The most unrefined and incomplete apps I’ve ever experienced. The experience with this Dashcam has been absolutely terrible

Warning to all! The Vezo 360 dash cam campaign by ArVizon on Indiegogo is a complete scam. Back in 2019 (Contribution ID 1631), I eagerly contributed to this campaign, but to my dismay, I never received the product or any updates despite my numerous attempts to reach out. Indiegogo's support has been disappointingly unhelpful, washing off their hands from any responsibility.
Don't trust Indiegogo either, as their support has been equally unreliable. It's crucial to be vigilant and avoid falling for this deceitful campaign. Let's spread the word to protect others from being deceived by these fraudulent practices. Don't let anyone else go through the same frustrating experience. #IndiegogoScam #ArVizonFraud #Vezo360DashCam

I am a backer of this product at Indigigo. I have not yet received the dashcam and no answer from the founders and Indigogo said the order was “fulfilled”.  Therefore I’m giving a one star review to help prevent future scam victims.

I backed this project in 2019 and was extremely patient through all the delays with the pandemic. Now, this company stated they shipped out an electric device valued at almost $200 without tracking numbers. WHAT A SCAM.  Now they don’t reply to inquiries or emails about refunds. Thanks for nothing.

I can't use the app because there are many bugs in the app. Also no hardware to connect to since ArVizon failed to ship haelrdware over 3 years ago

As you can see by other reviews many of us that back the Kickstarter in 2019 for this product were very frustrated. 

I finally received mine on January 26, 2024. I am working on installing the unit soon and will update my findings on how well the product and App works. Rating 3 stars for now.
