CONNECT AIRBNB STRAIGHT FROM VEZPA Linking your Airbnb account no longer means juggling two systems. Vezpa takes you to Airbnb, you sign in and authorise the connection, and Airbnb hands you a code to paste back into the app. Stop halfway and pick it up later — nothing is lost. "Your Airbnb listings" then shows every listing in one place: how many are still to be matched to a room, how many aren't sellable yet, and which are awaiting approval on Airbnb and therefore aren't taking bookings. Matching takes a single tap. CHANNEL CONNECTIONS THAT EXPLAIN THEMSELVES Every channel now says where it actually stands. "Waiting for the portal" means your request went through and the channel hasn't authorised it yet — with a line telling you what's left and where to do it. "To be completed" means the connection was never finished and it's your move. Before, both looked like plain "Not connected". Authorisation instructions are written for the channel you're actually connecting, VRBO included, instead of always naming Booking. And buttons appear only when they can succeed. MORE THAN ONE PROPERTY, ONE ACCOUNT Run several properties from a single login and switch between them from the top of the app, with an "All properties" view when you want the whole picture. Notifications follow the property they belong to, so a message about one property never opens the wrong one. PRICING YOUR ROOMS, MADE PLAIN Room setup now says out loud what each price means: the price of the accommodation, how many adults it already includes, and what each extra guest adds. Adults, youths and infants are set in separate blocks, minimum stay sits next to them, and the worked example updates as you type — following your property's own pricing rules, not a fixed formula. A BOOKING ENGINE THAT SPEAKS THE RIGHT LANGUAGE Descriptions now go into the language you actually picked. Yourst, and text written in it no longer ends up served to guestsreading another one. STATISTICS YOU CAN INTERROGATE Occupancy can be read room by room, not just as a property total. Filter by channel, compare any period against the same period last year, and export exactly what's on screen to CSV — the same file the scheduled report emails you. YOUR CURRENCY, EVERYWHERE If you price in koruna, złoty, francs or anything else, the app no longer shows a euro sign next to your amounts. The rate sheet, the calendar bar, the navigation and the KPI tiles all carry your own symbol. AUTOMATED MESSAGES WITH THE RIGHT DETAILS Build a message from named fields — guest name, arrival and departure, nights, outstanding balance, tax due, online check-in link, your WhatsApp — and stop a sequence when it stops being relevant: tax paid, balance paid, deposit paid, check-in completed. REGISTERING GUESTS OUTSIDE ITALY Country defaults to your property's country instead of Italy, get a neutral private/company block rather thanItalian-specific fields. When an NFC-read document shows only the city of birth, Vezpa asks which country it's in instead of guessing. Czech invoicing takes the account number the way Czech companies write it, and the payment QR follows it. The accommodations list marks rooms that need cleaning, are blocked, or have work in progress. Two-factor sign-in explains where to find your 6-digit code. Japanese is no longer available as an app language.
