Vezpa takes you to Airbnb, you sign in and authorise the connection, and Airbnb hands you a code to paste back into the app. Stop halfway and pick it up later — nothing is lost. "Your Airbnb listings" then shows every listing in one place: how many are still to be matched to a room, how many aren't sellable yet, and which are awaiting approval on Airbnb and therefore aren't taking bookings. Matching takes a single tap. CHANNEL CONNECTIONS THAT EXPLAIN THEMSELVES Every channel now says where it actually stands. "Waiting for the portal" means your request went through and the channel hasn't authorised it yet — with a line telling you what's left and where to do it. "To be completed" means the connection was never finished and it's your move. Before, both looked like plain "Not connected". Authorisation instructions are written for the channel you're actually connecting, VRBO included, instead of always naming Booking. And buttons appear only when they can succeed. MORE THAN ONE PROPERTY, ONE ACCOUNT Run several properties from a single login and switch between them from the top of the app, with an "All properties" view when you want the whole picture. Notifications follow the property they belong to, so a message about one property never opens the wrong one. PRICING YOUR ROOMS, MADE PLAIN Room setup now says out loud what each price means: the price of the accommodation, how many adults it already includes, and what each extra guest adds. Adults, youths and infants are set in separate blocks, minimum stay sits next to them, and the worked example updates as you type — following your property's own pricing rules, not a fixed formula. Vezpa takes you to Airbnb, you sign in and authorise the connection, and Airbnb hands you a code to paste back into the app. You can stop halfway and pick it up again whenever you like — nothing is lost. Once you're connected, "Your Airbnb listings" shows every listing in one place: how many are still to be matched, how many aren't sellable yet, and which ones are awaiting approval on Airbnb and therefore aren't taking bookings. Matching a listing to one of your rooms takes a single tap, and when everything is in order Vezpa tells you so. If a code stops working, Vezpa says so plainly and lets you generate a new one — Airbnb codes work one at a time. CLEARER CHANNEL CONNECTION STATUS Having asked to activate a channel and never having asked at all used to look identical: both said "Not connected". Now, once your request has been sent and the portal hasn't authorised it yet, the channel shows "Waiting for the portal", with a line telling you exactly what is left to do and where — in that channel's own extranet, not in Vezpa. A connection you started but never finished can now be picked back up: "Open Channel Mapping" reopens the setup where you left off, instead of leaving "Confirm mapping" as the only way forward at a point where it couldn't succeed. "Confirm mapping" itself now appears only when it can actually go through, so you no longer tap a button that comes back with an error. OCCUPANCY, ROOM BY ROOM The Occupancy chart in Statistics has a new room selector. Keep the overall view for the whole property, or pick a single room and follow it across the period you've chosen — handy for spotting the room that fills last, or the one that never empties. The selector only appears where there is something to select, and changing period never leaves it stuck on a room that isn't in the new range. ### 3.4.0 — 2026-08-24 LAST-MINUTE DISCOUNT — a new screen, per property Decide how much to discount as the arrival date gets closer, property by property. - "How you fill up": the curve shows how much was still unsold at different distances from arrival, measured on your own recent data. When the curve flattens, discounting earlier only gives away margin — the screen tells you where that point is. - Phases: "from X days before, -Y%", with an optional minimum stay for that phase. The nearest phase that has started wins; phases never add up. - Portals: every discounted night also travels to your connected portals as a promotion, so it appears among the offers. The type depends on how far away the arrival is — Last Minute up to 3 days, Promo from 4 to 30, Early Booking beyond 30 — including the real limits of Airbnb (advance windows in multiples of 30 days) and Vrbo (no middle promotion). REVENUE ENGINE — clearer limits and a readab - Season limits redesigned around two plain ld. - Minimum nights: the engine starts from the minimum stay you configured and can only go down, never up — and you set how far down. When the range is closed, the screen says so instead of leaving you guessing. - Engine actions: a log of what actually changed (price, minimum nights, from-to), which limits bit, and when the engine last ran.
