I haven’t seen any royalties for any quarters on the payout schedule. I’ve emailed customer service several times over the last fee years and haven’t received any response. The app doesn’t even allow me to take out my initial investment. Extremely disappointed and I think this app needs to be removed from the app store. ### 1/5 — Horrible service they don’t pay anything *2021-03-25, version 1.2.9* Have had this service for a year or more and have not received any payment, their customer service is horrible, they never answer I am contacting my cousin who is a California attourney this week to see what are the options and he said he could represent if we want to file suit. ### 1/5 — Complete Scam *2021-02-10, version 1.2.9* I invested $65 into this app almost two years ago and have yet to receive any payouts or even an email telling me when I will get it. I have sent many emails to the royalties email they tell you to talk to when you have concerns. However, I have not gotten a response to any of my last three emails. Every time you ask about the payments, they send you a schedule that tells you that you won’t be paid until after a year of owning the right, but none of the money ever comes. Not even on the app. I just want the money I was told I was going to receive plus a little more for the ongoing lie of when I would get my payment. ### 1/5 — DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! *2021-01-23, version 1.2.9* I invested $40 almost 2 years ago. They say it takes about a year to start receiving royalties. after a year passed i reached out to them and they said they’d get back to me with details on my money. they never got back to me so i reached out again. they responded with a similar response. i have reached out a couple more times since then as it’s not been almost 2 yrs since “investing” with them. they don’t even bother to respond to my support emails anymore. i don’t really write reviews ever but this is just unacceptable and unethical. thankfully $40 isn’t a lot of money. hopefully i will help prevent someone from throwing away a significant amount of money with them. i’m hoping this is just some sort of mistake on their part that they will fix.. but i’m assuming not as multiple emails have been completely ignored. if a customer support person reads this, please make it right and help out. thanks! ### 1/5 — Nope *2021-01-19, version 1.2.9* I’ve been using the app for a while and received nothing but bad to non-existent customer support. I’ve also noticed how all the 5 star reviews on this were somehow made on the same day, proving a potential automated service. They also claim to be blockchain based without any proof of decentralization. In short, nope. ### 1/5 — Dont download! *2021-01-13, version 1.2.9* I used this app for the first time last year in june 2019 and still looks the same. song stats hasn’t changed. Update and make more features! Giving his app one more year but im pretty sure this app is a scam! I see no change and no way to trade or at least get something back from what you’ve invested in. I want my money back! *Use Robinhood and/or Coinbase Instead! The app idea is good but it doesnt this phony and not sure to trust these 5 star reviewers, definitely bot reviews ### 1/5 — Run away! *2021-01-10, version 1.2.9* This is the last app you should give your money too. I’ve had rights to songs for 2 years and less I have not received a penny on anything and every time you contact them they say “o well it takes time.” 2 years is not legally justified in a legal courtroom on a quarterly investment. This is the biggest scam beware. ### 3/5 — Well it is what it is. *2020-12-08, version 1.2.9* I made my first investment on this app March 18th 2019. I invested in 6 songs at 20 bucks each. On December 1st I was able to withdraw 5.60. At this rate I’ll be able to recoup 15 bucks off of 120. Lessened learned. Just know you have to earn 5 bucks before you can withdrawal. ### 1/5 — Horrible Experience *2020-11-23, version 1.2.9* As someone who loves music this just is not it. There is no clear path to returns and it takes up to a year to even see your money. They also don’t show the data because they know when you see how poorly the weekly and monthly stream numbers are seeing a rerun is non existent. Not worth a dime. ### 1/5 — SCAM!!! *2020-10-07, version 1.2.9* I put a good chunk of change into this over a year ago and I’ve yet to receive any royalties. I sent out a support email, got a prompt reply from them and felt like we were getting somewhere and was told it was a common problem to not receive any royalties and i was being transferred to the royalty department. I got 1 email from the royalty department asking me to confirm my paypal account email, i did, nothing for 2 weeks. I’ve sent multiple emails in the past few weeks to get no response! Nothing? SCAM ### 3/5 — Doing it wrong *2020-08-30, version 1.2.9* I don’t see any independent artists at all. This is a big mistake. They would be the lifeblood of this app if you can get them in here somehow. You need to figure it out. Nobody is interested in buying rights to old songs, but brand new releases, even from unknowns. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — SCAM *2023-05-26* Like many other comments in 2019 I was extremely intrigued to find this on the App Store. I put in around $50, well, not only did I not see a single dollar in royalties during any of the time it appears that I’ve given either the company or artist free money for doing absolutely nothing. This was an fantastic lesson of how not to get scammed by a bunch of no lives with a garbage start up and I can’t wait until the day of this app is removed and the company is no longer in service. ### 1/5 — It’s a SCAM *2023-01-29, version 1.3.3* I invested about $150 2 years ago. Haven’t seen a single update on it via email. I forgot my password and I don’t even get password reset emails even though the app says that a reset email has been sent. I have written to the customer support and team and didn’t receive any response either. The new platform not really helpful it’s sad . ### 1/5 — Never been paid in over 3 years *2022-10-24, version 1.3.3* I decided to just test this app with $100 on September 5th, 2019 and almost 11 months has past and I have not got a single email, payment or hear anything from the app. It’s now 2022 and not a single payment or word from support, you will loose any money you out into this app, I have reported them to the BBB and FTC and would invest in any other app besides this one. ### 1/5 — Unbelievable *2022-08-29, version 1.3.3* I invested in 2019 after reading what Nipsey had to say about this company. I invested only $622 but it’s enough to be upset. I made $26 in 3 years and the latest update removed the details on which songs you’ve been paid on while still not getting paid on 90% of songs you’ve purchased. You send an email for support and you get an auto reply. Then, nothing. Ever. Highly disappointed that I can’t get a refund or get paid for the royalties I’ve purchased. You send an email to support and get no response. Can I just have a refund please? Update: I came back to rate this a one star AGAIN ### 1/5 — Dishonest & Deceitful *2022-08-19, version 1.3.3* I really thought that this app was cool so I invested. The main reason I did was because Nippy Hussle… (R.I.P) Endorsed it.. I’m quite sure he would be embarrassed…..THAT IS THE ONLY REASON I EVEN CONSIDERED THE APP!!!! I WANT TO FILE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST THIS APP.. ANYBODY ELSE???? I can not see were my money went and I dare not ask for a PAYOUT!! I’ve sent over 30 emails and have not received a response. I’ve request a refund and have been ignored. Point blank period this is a get rich quick scheme, the only people making any money in this Ponzi scheme are the people working for Vezt. ### 1/5 — Keep your money *2022-01-31, version 1.3.3* Cool that Vezt has come back from the dead with an iOS app update, but is this company still in operation? It’s hard to tell. Multiple support emails with no response. Multiple investments over a year and a half with not a cent of earnings reported. This is an operation so opaque that I’m not convinced it isn’t a scam. Terms of service are written to ensure that users have no legal recourse. ### 1/5 — Scam *2021-12-22, version 1.3.0* I signed up months ago and o my invested $20 to see if it was legit. I invested the song by the turtles. Anyways they just keep renewing the auction every time it ends. This last update deleted all my user information and I can’t log on and no longer have a account because I choose to update. Stay away. They will take your money and scam you like they did me. ### 1/5 — The WORST investment I’ve ever made! *2021-11-01, version 1.2.9* As someone who entered this app as a beginner investor 3 years ago to someone flash - forward to now who is an avid investor in many different commodities- DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! This app is the biggest scam and I have deep regret about putting my money into this 3 years ago instead of Bitcoin. They amount you “receive in royalties” ? I have made 0.17 CENTS over the entire course of 3 years. I might as well have taken my money and burned it to shreds. This app also hardly discloses how you can even profit through there services.
