Nothing happens after first screen and “next”. What’s the point? Why even make an app at all? Issue #2: When I manually enter my credentials, the request to log in is made, but then errors out after waiting for a while. The only way you can see anything is to go to the web site and even then the information is not correct in multiple spots. Why am I forced to look at insurance to purchase or whatever else the app is promoting?! I just want to look at my pay check! 0 stars is the deserving rating for yjia horrible app. ### 1/5 — Rather have a paper stub! *2023-07-10* App constantly signs you out everyday even after creating a Pin and setting up Face ID. Now it won’t even open up due to “lack of internet connection”. Loving the features and having access to all of my important pay info at my fingertips. My PTO is right in front of me as well, and I can request time off through the app, which is a cool feature. The marketplace is exciting with new products being brought on and I can literally jump into the ones I’ve signed up for rather than go online to hunt for each one individually... Can’t wait to see once benefits and 401k are added. They have been working hard on this app and it shows. Speaking of advertising it’s actually built into this horrid app. How frustrating when you just want to check on your hours or pto, or my actual pay stub! All this stupid advertising. I’m sending a group text our office needs to ditch this cheap app & get something new. We all hate it. It really is lazy & not user focused.
