(4/28/26). It went through the process and now I cannot even open the app. A screen comes up with big V in the middle than goes back to my home screen. I lost what I had by doing the update! (How can I go back?). If anything happens I cannot reset watch time or nothing not to mention dont think it counts step or anything anymore…I am bummed an update will kill your device! ### 1/5 — VFIT smart watch *2024-07-02* I bought this watch over in Shanghai and it connects to everything in the states timewise, but I am not getting any messages. Any alerts nothing I have reconnected the watch to my phone. The Bluetooth is connected. That’s very unlikely.. And on top of that, all the history prior to the latest update was removed. And then, on top of that, their support is not available in English. The time synchronization of the phone to the watch was sporadic especially if you travel across time zones.
