I love that there always seems to be new things on the menu to try, but also some of my favorite go tos like sweet potato fries or the buffalo chikn wrap. and since i have the app i get "coins" with every purchase and was able to get $5 off my order by redeeming some of those collected coins. Now this functionality has been removed and ask you to take photo and upload the receipt. The whole point of this stupid process is to drive people to register with credit card. This is the ONLY app I have seen to ask people register with credit card. BAD BAD BAD! ### 1/5 — App UI is awful *2023-11-18, version 16.6.16* So time consuming and difficult to redeem an Extra. The button that says redeem, should suffice to redeem the listed reward, right? Wrong according to veggie grill. Also, do you have to make a small edit to your order, such as changing from pickup to curbside? Absolutely impossible, you must cancel the whole order. Stop making it difficult to do simple tasks!!! ### 1/5 — Poorly designed app *2023-11-08* I’m grateful for the occasional rewards but the app is poorly designed and perhaps engineered to upsell at each step. “Choose a side” options defaults to having to choose a side order and the first tier of choices has some that look free but in reality they’re hiding two tiers of prices. I couldn’t place an order without giving my credit card info, so my brother who wanted to treat me to lunch by picking it up after I ordered it can’t happen. I don’t mind if this was a protective measure to prevent cancellations but it should have had a popup confirmation warning that explained their policy. They don’t have “wrap” as an option on menu items that could easily be made a wrap in-store. Using reward points to get “free cookies” requires canceling back and ordering cookies and then applying the points again, when they simply could have added cookies to the order there. Many illogical steps and interface choices and inconsistent swipe directions but perhaps this will be fixed in time. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback and for reaching out to us.
