This app sucks so bad. Gated community with these bozos? Get out. More crime and breaking than ever before.

I try to open the gate with my phone and it keeps searching for my location for about 15mins nothing happens

This company makes the process of living in a gated community a nightmare. Many people (friends, vendors, etc) end up leaving the community because this app as well as the customer service representatives make the whole experience a terrible experience.

App doesn’t allow special characters for password, but the website you have to add special characters to password. The app does not recognize my login information. Please update
