I’ve been waiting for my cart to process and pay for over 45 now. Soooooo slow. Recently they started advertising digital only discounts on items in the store. Signage is not very clear which is card vs digital. In order to take advantage of the digital, I attempted to setup this app. Because I have an email already established it wouldn’t let me setup an account. Tried asking for a new password attached to my email multiple times but never got a response. ### 1/5 — Rx Refill no longer working *2023-06-08, version 5.2.4* I use this app almost exclusively for refilling my prescription, however, for the last few times I've needed a refill I keep getting the error which forces me to call it in. ### 1/5 — Can’t create an account *2023-01-21, version 4.17.0* As I’ve had the card for years. Because the app recognizes it’s an existing card it won’t allow me to create an account. I’ve never had an actual account but I tried my email and as suspected no existing account. Every time I get into the app it says an unexpected error occurred and to restart. When I hit the restart button, nothing happens. I take care of a disabled sibling so finding time to grocery shop is sometimes difficult. I was very happy to start being able to use VG’s for home grocery delivery. However my last experience with them left a lot to be desired. I did not get the customary text alert that my order was on its way. My brother has a basement apartment in our condo, so I just go upstairs and wait for the delivery when I get the alert. I was called by vgs and said that they attempted to deliver my order but no one was home. I was home. Was told that they do not send messages that an order is on its way, I have the texts still from previous orders that show they do. I was going to call the 800 number to leave a complaint, but decided this was the better place to do that. However, when I asked for a rain check for hamburger that was on sale for $1.97 / pound (sold in 3lb tubes), someone told David that he couldn’t give me one because VG’s wouldn’t be getting any more.
