It said it was not available where I was, which is not true. A week later I can get on the app after back and forth through email...and I set up an appointment and wait by my phone. My phone never rang. But the app says my appt was cancelled. When I try to hit the reschedule button on app it does not work. My only choice is to call the help number and I have been sitting on hold forever. There is no way to message through the app. This is a really bad experience. ### 1/5 — Useless App *2020-04-15* Unable to login after resetting password. Technical support team is of no help. ### 1/5 — Not a good application *2019-05-04* This application is consistently poor. It doesn’t always give you a calendar to be able to schedule your consult for the future, rather sometimes it only gives you the ability to schedule a conference with in the next two hours or a doctor call back when available. After a phone consultation, an email is sent that often says “the doctors notes are available within the app.” However, there is no indication where such notes can be retrieved, or where they might be available. There is no place to ask for follow-up information, or questions you might’ve thought of after the fact. This application is only good for “scheduling” a phone consultation or video consultation with a physician, but does not always allow you to choose when or how that consultation takes place. This is a very limited app, and therefore, is horrible. ### 1/5 — Won’t allow me to register *2018-12-05* The app won’t even allow you to register **Developer response:** Thank you very much for your feedback. We have rebuilt our application from the ground up and feel it addresses many concerns users may have had. I used Teledoc when I lived in the US and was wonderful. This is the opposite experience. Very frustrating to have bothered with it at all. ### 1/5 — Poor app *2022-09-23* The app crashes, so the medical note I was issued by the physician to be excused from work is worthless. ### 1/5 — Didn’t load *2021-11-28* The app sits at the splash screen with their logo and doesn’t load. I tried the number on my insurance card but that didn’t work. ### 1/5 — Current version won’t load. *2021-08-17* This is a critical tool to connect to doctors when they are not available locally. We have used in the past without issue, but last night when a serious medical issue came up the app wouldn’t load on either my iPhone XR or my wife’s iPhone 12 mini. I tried everything I could think of but finally downloaded the Android version on an older device and it worked as expected. Unacceptable for this sort of app. Thankfully we were able to connect to the doctor on the Android. ### 1/5 — Dr canceled two minutes before scheduled time *2021-08-16* First use. Scheduled a 2pm consultation. Just as I was entering waiting room, received a message that Dr cancelled because had tried to reach me three times. This was 1:58 pm, and first attempt was apparently 1:55pm. Really? With a Dr like that I am sure the consultation would have been rushed and a waste of time anyway. ### 1/5 — App won’t even open! *2021-03-06* I can’t open the app. On their website the virtual assistant can’t help at all. And the customer service phone number to call says it’s not connected at this time. How in the world are we supposed to reach this service? Frustrating. We had used this before and it worked well. I scheduled an appointment with photo attachments and there was a nice doctor on the other end at the right time. App worked perfectly. ### 4/5 — No doctor attended my scheduled call *2022-11-30, version 3.5* The app works but no physician attended my scheduled appointment. I waited for twenty minutes, and then I was booted out of the waiting room. Rating of 1 star given. Edited: Around 30 minutes after my appointment time, I was seen by a polite, professional doctor.
