After five 20 minute attempts to connect I gave up. Think if I saw a doctor with this app I would be quite concerned.

Overall not too bad. 
However I would like to be able to open the PDF document in another app. This is a common function in most iOS apps. 
Also, date formatting should follow the system setting and not simply be fixed to the year-month-day format. Half of the world uses the alternative day-month-year format!
There are also annoying misspellings in the left lower data (measurements) box on the ECG report. This box should be optional.
