## What is Vhelp Vedanta?

The application is designed to provide a comprehensive life cycle journey of Vendor/Supplier Invoices. The complete journey of an invoice, starting from dispatch, till payment, will be available. It will reduce the dependency over Helpdesk by empowering them with self-support tool. Also, they can view or download the statements for a given period of time.

The application will help to achieve the following process benefits and improvements

• Online status of Vendor Invoices
• There are no waiting period and scope of manual errors.
• Transparency with respect to efficiency of various internal departments involved in invoice processing
• View and download the statement of account for a given period
• Verify the profile details available within the process and request for the necessary updates
