My past few claims have been denied but it’s impossible for me to get paperwork to understand why. They are enabled. Needs fixing as we’re paying near €3,000 for VHI, we’d expect a functioning app with real reviews. Have reinstalled it multiple times and it appears this app has a critical bug and is not functional on my device. I have read the reviews and portion of them do not seem genuine as all make the same general statement “Easy to use”. Quite contradictory to my experience and many others I have seen in the real reviews. ### 1/5 — App is frustrating *2025-07-29, version 5.3.5* The scroll options are very difficult to use on a mobile. Had to constantly go back. ### 1/5 — Submission on Claim. *2024-11-19, version 5.2.0* I have been trying to submit ONE Claim this afternoon. I have spent close to 2 hours. Finally I called a representative and she got me through the procedure. There were some glitches, but I was able to submit the Claim, finally! I realise that computers supposedly make it easier for business, but for those of us of an older age, we find the processes EXTREMELY difficult! Businesses should not assume that everyone possesses the latest skills. Sincerely, Danielle Doran ### 1/5 — Says I need to update to latest version to use *2023-11-16, version 4.17.4* I am on the latest version! ### 1/5 — Poor performance and not enough features *2023-10-27, version 4.17.2* The only function of this app is to submit receipts for your claims. It’s useless for anything else related to your policy. For other things you have to switch back to the browser interface, this includes tracking the progress of your claim, getting details about it, or communicating with someone on the support team. It creates a fragmented experience and is very time consuming. Why develop an app with just one function? Why doesn’t it even offer a simple way of looking up if something is included in my policy? There’s so much more that this app could do instead of customers having to call or write to support all the time. ### 1/5 — Snap and send no longer works *2023-05-11* I no longer able to upload a receipt and complete the snap and send process.
