The VHPGO program offers professional, and live, virtual support that helps guide you through your wellness journey. This is an all-in-one program that provides live, on-demand, and virtual nutrition, lifestyle modification and fitness support. VHPGO offers a HIPAA secure platform with a unique login for each user, provided by your physician or provider. On the app, you can schedule and access live appointments with wellness specialists, access customized nutrition meal plans, watch on-demand videos and live fitness classes, attend support groups, and so much more. All these features can be accessed on-the-go or in the convenience of your home. Virtual, live consultations and classes are available seven days a week. I had saved the emails welcoming me so I called the number and it sounded like an answering service. She said someone would get back to me in 3 days. Not good service. ### 2/5 — Not working *2021-07-09* So, I can’t upload a photo. I get an oops something went wrong every time I try. Yes, I did the update. I wish this app was configured to either Apple Health or Apple Products like scales watches etc. Tried to watch a meal prep video and it says I don’t have enough storage. And storage is spelled Strage. So, I do not have a lot of confidence in this app and I just downloaded yesterday. ### 3/5 — My biggest complaint *2021-03-09* I’m supposed to track my water intake. At around 7 pm, all the water intake is recorded on the next day, so to get an accurate water intake I have to go back a day, but it has to happen once to know it’s that time. You cannot delete water intake! So I can’t record the next day until I’ve gotten past what came from the day previous. Mostly it’s just frustrating. ### 3/5 — Useful app but then charges you after 2 months *2020-10-17* App itself is useful but after 2 months stopped working and suspended my profile, saying I have to pay to continue using it. There was no warning of this in the App Store or when signing up - it’s meant to be a free app! ### 5/5 — Question *2020-08-09* I can’t get the screen to create an account. Who can help? ### 5/5 — Could not get thru covid without it *2020-07-25* VHPGO has provided both emotional and physical support for me during covid.
