It is very glitchy! I also couldn’t get it to work correctly after my first peel. It would be nice to track all of my peels and not just the first one. I created an account and none of the tabs were working on the first day, which is when I most wanted guidance. I am on Day 4 and it now works, but I ended up just using the pamphlet I was given. If it had loaded correctly from day 1, I probably would have used it more. Hopefully this can be fixed easily because it is a good concept ### 1/5 — Glitches are too much *2022-10-20* I wish I could use this app for my progress but it either rarely loads or it doesn’t take you to where you’re asking it to go- ex: when clicking for day one, it takes you to the disclaimer of photos being submitted are used only for our records etc. Would love to use this- it’s a great concept but the bugs make it not usable. Pls fix!!!! ### 1/5 — Upgrade the Technology PLEASE *2022-10-20* I downloaded this app first day of my peel, it worked fine, I tried to get back into it just 15 mins later and it refused to load. Nothing shows up. It’s so sad cause I was really looking forward to using it. Please upgrade the technology, fix the glitches. Very disappointed because I wanted to track my progress. Maybe it has to hit 10 am when I had the peel but it’s 7 am now. I despise all the swiping I have to do on each page just to be told to wash your face. App doesn’t do anything. It freezes up, photos won’t upload, it stays on one screen, you can’t get to the daily instructions. I got my very first VI Peel a month ago, and I was a little nervous because there’s so much you need to do afterwards to take care of your skin. This app is super helpful because it sends you notifications whenever you need to complete a step, and it’s custom to when you got your peel. I honestly probably would have forgotten steps if it weren’t for this app. Definitely using it again for my next peel! ### 5/5 — Watch me glow haha *2023-05-16* I like the idea of this app. I enjoy being able to track my peeling progress and reminded of the to do’s.
