I prefer paying for an app and not receive any ads.
Why are there ads when I paid for this app? Where does it say that there are ads even for a premium version?
Using this app while on the Camino will use expensive international data for the ads. It will end up costing a fortune. Sorry, but just for this, I do not recommend this app.

Update:
The developer wrote back (almost a year later) that it was a mistake. Therefore I give this app 4 stars as the offline maps are also downloadable before the trip, requiring no roaming data.
