The setup was very easy because their team walked me through the installation step by step and answered all of my questions. The service was reliable, the internet speed was very good, and it worked much better than my family’s U.S. carrier roaming. I only had a few brief drops during calls, but overall the connection was excellent throughout my trip. For only $15, it was an outstanding value. I will definitely use VIA eSIM again the next time I visit Kosovo.
