Most drivers don’t know how to drive correctly, gps for drivers takes them places that that isn’t on the map, and even if you order rides an hour ahead, they never get you there on time

Do not use this app do not request a ride from them. I have been trying for the past two weeks to just go down the street from my house and either drivers will get two minutes away and start driving away or they can’t find a ride at all after looking on the app for an hour I do not recommend this app to anybody.

My driver was amazing. The app is the problem. It gave him 2 different addresses for pick up and drop off. Also would just like to know if we’re picking up more people so first time passengers aren’t alarmed when driver goes a different way.
