The app is the problem. It gave him 2 different addresses for pick up and drop off. Also would just like to know if we’re picking up more people so first time passengers aren’t alarmed when driver goes a different way. ### 3/5 — Inconsistent *2023-05-17* If you’re lucky you may get a ride under the time you thought. They drag their behind to do anything and will make your wait time 35 minutes when you just seen 4 via vans pass by. Via is good when you have to be somewhere without a set time since it’s so unreliable to get to work. I had a few clean rides but 80% of the time the seats are filled or it takes an hour travel 5 miles ### 2/5 — Ok if you have nothing but time on your hand *2022-08-23* The service has some things to work out with the route in how they pick up. It’s definitely not going to be your first choice if time is of the essence for you. The routes are not considerate of destination/direction. The drivers do not always pick up on the route to your drop off. On multiple occasions they have backed tracked and went way in opposite direction then my designated drop off. This is definitely not for the convenience of getting somewhere in a timely manner. Also they need to consider the Grand Prairie residence a little better who reside at the border of Arlington. Just because I border the other city doesn’t mean I don’t want to shop in the city I live in. It’s also not fair because neither ride share picks up in the bordered location zone so I’m stuck walking extremely far just to use the service. ### 1/5 — WORSE APP EVER!!!!! *2022-06-01* This is literally the worse transportation app EVER!!!! One minute the driver is 5 minutes away then next 30 minutes. They don’t even pick you up in the location that your in you have to go searching for them. Booked a ride and waited a hour just for a driver to never come had to cancel and use Uber TWO TIMES!!!! I’m a student and they almost made me late for class good thing I booked a hour in advance.
