It’s been two weeks since I last could use Via Newark. Whatever location I put, it says that there are no rides available. My bf is having the same issue.

I get that whoever made this app is trying to help the community but the way I gotta meet the ride 5 blocks down is absurd to me 😭I literally almost got kidnapped from using this app only because of the way it doesn’t set to a specific address that I have set,other than that I see the potential in this app and will be using it anytime I’m lost or buses not running

I like this app bc if u wanna get somewhere but don’t have money for uber or Lyft u can use this I’ll say it’s only places to Newark but it’s still a good app and I would be using again.

City of Newark did their big one with this. 👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾*taps nails* Very easy to navigate the app and book your ride. It’s similar to uber, lyft as you can share your ride with others, view map, and rate the driver. It’s absolutely a free ride. They’re not taking any cents or asking for any card information whatsoever.
