Please be careful if you have kids or are a woman I’ve made a report about Duverson S, he decided to have phone sex with some ghetto girl while we was in the car with him and they won’t do anything about it I’ve called them multiple times and each time they said to just wait for someone in the internal team to follow up with me which they never did meanwhile he’s still driving around. UNACCEPTABLE ### 1/5 — Horrible all around, 0 stars *2025-06-24, version 4.20.3* This is a terrible software. The driver had been in the same spot for 20 mins still showing as he’ll be 11 mins away and on top of that you guys charged me a cancellation fee, without indicating before I cancelled my ride that there would even be a cancellation fee. This is supposed to be an easy and accessible way for people to get around New Haven but it’s just not. On top of all this your customer service was horrible, and unhelpful- they were talking to me as if I’m supposed to help them. While I don’t mind paying the cheap fare, the app was better when it was free. If I can give 0 stars I would!! ### 1/5 — SERVICE WAS BETTER WHEN IT WAS FREE! *2025-05-08, version 4.20.2* Cannot open payment option on the app. Called via NHV, I was told to delete the app, add the app, turn on airplane mode, and then turn it off. Guess what????? Still not working. Customer service was no help. Told me I had to purchase vouchers but could not tell me where to purchase them! Asked for a manager, no one available and it would take a few days for them to call me back 🤔. Great service when it was free, now I am trying to pay, I am not happy with service I CANNOT get! ### 1/5 — App full of bugs *2025-03-30, version 4.17.106* I signed up but can’t actually set a destination in the app—it won’t actually register the destination when I hit the “register my destination” button ### 2/5 — Horrible App *2026-02-04, version 4.26.4* It doesn’t make any sense that this app is a ridesharing service but 75% of the time, it’s telling me I should take the bus. It’s a glorified bus service app. It’s not an on-demand ride share. Because there’s limited amount of employees (which such a low fee) and a town of people, they can’t service their customers. Better off using Lyft or Uber, especially if you have somewhere to go. TERRIBLE. Do not recommend. Also the UI is atrocious. ### 2/5 — App is a little odd *2025-04-09* It’s odd how it only services like certain areas within New Haven, and the app can use some help ### 5/5 — I hope all the drivers are as pleasurable as Daniel *2025-11-24, version 4.22.2* Daniel went the extra mile to help me understand how to find the pickup location, and he did it with patience and kindness. The ride was smooth, comfortable, and he was extremely friendly from start to finish. The ride is a great representation of ViaNHV—professional, reliable, and welcoming.
