Se o problema persistir entre em contacto connosco.” ### 1/5 — Não somos todos ricos *2026-01-03, version 7.0.0* Obrigam as pessoas a trocar de identificadores para mensalidades , e depois deixam de ter suporte para dispositivos antigos , pensam que são todos ricos. O meu iPhone 8+ não consegue instalar a última versão do iOS e a vossa App não suporta versões antigas , assim estão me a limitar a minha utilização de serviços digitais , para os quais eu pago . Aber leider gibt es die APP noch immer nicht auf Englisch. Die wenigsten Touristen können Portugiesisch. I can use though those same stations with other apps. The app is basically broken ### 2/5 — Constantly Tracking Location *2025-08-02* I used to use the Estacionar app to pay for parking. Now it looks like they integrated the functionality into this app. It’s not as nice as the original. But the worst part is it forces you to allow location tracking and it is always tracking my location, even when I’m not paying for a parking spot. I have to force quit it for it to stop tracking. Why is it necessary to do this excessive tracking? ### 1/5 — Update does not work *2025-07-17, version 7.7.1* In general I love the app but does not work any longer, not on my Iphone nor on the Samsung of my wife, re-installation did not solve the issue…back toncoins for parking now ### 2/5 — Via Verde Electric (VVE) is broken *2025-06-18, version 7.6.3* There are multiple issues, both app and processes. 1. After registering at the office, I had to register for Electric separately, including signing pdf doc sent by email (!) 2. Initially VVE was showing meaningless error and only customer support explained that VVE has separate registration. There is no way to know that activation is required in the app itself. 3. After signing the document, there was only single automated email. Still no way to know if it's active or it's another app bug (or unlikely legit issue) 4. No communication on raised previously issues from support 5. App (Electric) still doesn't work a week after. 2 starts because tolls and parking work ok (although with significant initial lag) ### 1/5 — NO FUNCIONA AAP O ACTUALIZACIÓN *2025-06-17, version 7.6.3* Llevo una semana desde que compré el dispositivo, o actualiza app, no funciona ### 1/5 — Keeps logging me out *2025-06-13* Useless. Uso na auto estrada e parque. O dinheiro sai da nossa conta e a app não mostra o valor utilizado. Só um mês ou mais depois. Ou seja, não faço ideia do que ando a consumir em via verde a não ser que aponte num papelinho. ### 2/5 — Poderia melhorar. *2025-01-18, version 6.3.3* Teria utilidade melhor se fosse possível exportar o percurso da calculadora de portagens para o google maps para fazer o trajeto. Nem no próprio app é possível usar o percurso escolhido na calculadora. Além disso as cores da calculadora não tem legenda então não sei o que significam. As passagens nas portagens não são mostradas em tempo real, apenas no extrato dias depois. Além de ser uma violação da nossa privacidade, ainda por cima consome toda a carga do telemóvel. Quem aprova uma decisão horrível destas? O aplicativo Estacionar era muito mais sensato, mas infelizmente agora está bloqueado. No problem... billing at the toll gate on the road works like a charm... the app is in Portuguese only BUT I am learning Portuguese anyway, so it's a welcome challenge. I am really impressed by the seamless functionality. They told me it will work also in Spain France Italy... Spain and France I am going to test.
