Good experience after we started booking based on hours and Kms.It works out for a bit long trips.
You should get back to accepting booking just based on kms whatever may be the distance. If I want to get dropped in MG road, you should not make me to accept, say 4 hours & 40 kms.
You are in a competitive field and must throw all options to customers.
Just see Namma Yaatri. They are price competitive and very fast in response.

I still go with Via Dots whenever I go for long distance as well for few hours.
