This app was good at first now I can’t even track where the bus is, when my child gets on and off the bus NOTHING. I emailed technical support and still no response back to me. Schools need to find a new app to use because this one is trash!

This would be such a useful app if it actually worked properly. The ETAs are incorrect. The alerts don’t actually work. Half the time, the GPS location is incorrect. Sometimes it just stops tracking the bus altogether. So I’m really wondering why this app actually exists if it’s not going to serve its intended purpose.

The could be a very useful app but the team working in this app and project are not very helpful or supportive. They have loaded bunch of incorrect routes for the students and if we call to ask for explanation, their generic response is it will take a month to fix. This should have been correctly in place before the school started but no. Their support response ETA is 3-5 biz days which is ridiculous 

This is a v basic rudimentary software and doesn’t seem to have been built or managed by professionals

**Developer response:** Dear parent, thank you for your feedback, the data we load in our system is provided by the school, we are working with them to fine-tune the routes to be as accurate as possible, we are sorry for the inconveniences caused in the process.
To speed up the fixes over the route data please contact the school to let them know what needs to be updated.

It seems lately that the tracking is hit or miss on this bus. It makes for an unreliable app. Its got the potential to be great, but no one wants to be late trying to figure out how long the bus has been frozen in a giving spot for awhile. 

Also, why is there no way for the parent to message the driver? They could even have quick responses loaded to reply when they have the opportunity to do so.

Location of the bus won’t automatically update. I have to constantly close the app out and reopen the app just to see where the bus is, if not it will show me that the bus stuck is stuck in one spot and not moving. It would be a great app if I can see the bus moving so I know when to send my kids out to the bus stop without having to log back in each time.

Great new design, I got notifications before the bus pick my kids or if it gonna be late, also I can check the bus route in real time.
Best experience ever!
