## What is Vialwise?

I built VialWise because I run my own peptide protocols and the existing trackers either skip the math, get the citations wrong, or push me toward stacks I didn't ask about. This is the app I wished I had.

Start with what's free, and stays free:

The calculator goes both directions. Forward: vial size + BAC water + target dose, and you get the exact draw on a U-100 syringe with a visual syringe display. Reverse: enter what's already in the syringe and back-calculate the dose. As far as I can tell, no other peptide tracker does the reverse-calc.

The library is 90+ researched peptide entries: GLP-1s, healing peptides, GH secretagogues, TRT-adjuncts, and blends. Every one is built from primary literature — PubMed papers, FDA filings, manufacturer documentation — and now leads with a plain-language read on what the research has actually studied it for, then the findings, with dose ranges, side effects, evidence-quality framing, half-life decay charts, cited storage notes, and citations you can click through to verify. No "best stacks" listicles. No vendor recs. No promises about how anything will make you feel.

Save as many protocols as you want, free — every compound and schedule kept separately, with basic dose logging, dose reminders, and a half-life decay view included. Keep an optional lot or batch number, a COA date, and a note on each vial's record, stored exactly as you enter them.

And the whole app comes in light or dark — follow your system, or pick a side in Settings.

Then there's Pro, a one-time unlock, where VialWise becomes the home base for the protocols you actually run:

- Full dose history with back-logging and editing, so you can fill in a dose you forgot to record.
- Tag where you administered on a body map, with sub-sites and rotation.
- A live "doses remaining in this vial" counter, spare-vial inventory, and shared-vial tracking for a vial split across people.
- Multi-dose accumulation charts over your own logged doses.
- Advanced calculators: cost per dose and vial, a custom titration or taper schedule, and the blend (multi-peptide) calculator you can save as one protocol.
- A weekly recap, a private journal, once/twice/three-times-a-day schedules, expiry and catch-up reminders, and one-tap PDF export of any protocol and its history.
- Optional Apple Health export for the weight you log, and private iCloud sync that keeps your protocols, log, and journal in step across your devices — end-to-end through your own iCloud, so VialWise never sees your data.

Pro is a one-time unlock. Buy it once and get every advanced feature, including the ones still shipping, with no subscription, ever. The calculator, the cited library, unlimited protocols, and half-life charts always stay free.

Everything you log stays on your device — and if you turn on sync, only in your own private iCloud.

A few things VialWise is not:

Not a medical device. Not medical advice. It doesn't recommend specific peptides, doses, or protocols — that's between you and whoever you work with on this.

Not a marketplace. You can't buy peptides through it. No vendor links. No affiliate codes. No commerce of any kind.

Not a data harvester. Your peptide and protocol data stays on your device, or syncs only through your own private iCloud. I don't sell it. I don't share it. I don't track you across the web. Full details: getvialwise.com/privacy

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 3.3.0 — 2026-08-08

VialWise now runs on iPad.

The cited library is why. Ninety-plus entries with long research summaries are easier to read on a bigger screen — so the text now sits in a proper reading column instead of stretching edge to edge, it's set larger, and the entry list shows two columns so you can scan it.

The rest came along: calculators, protocols, journal, body map and the weekly recap all lay out properly on a tablet, in portrait or landscape.

Also in this update:
- A cleaner launch screen.
- Small layout fixes throughout.

### 3.2.0 — 2026-08-06

Cycle breaks are now tracked.

- Record a break after your cycle: enter how long yours runs, and VialWise carries you across the gap. It marks the last day of your cycle and tells you when the break is ending.
- Dose reminders pause on their own while you're on a break, and they don't restart by themselves. You decide when the next cycle starts.
- The break length is always your number. VialWise tracks what you enter and never suggests one.

Also in this update:
- More cited peptides in the library, including several FDA-approved medicines.
- Small fixes across protocols, reminders, and the dose log.

### 3.1.0 — 2026-07-29

New in 3.1:

• Scan your vial — point your camera at a peptide vial or box and VialWise reads the name and strength straight into the calculator.
• Cycle & vials planner — see how many vials you'll need for a full cycle, right in the calculator (forward, reverse, and blend).
• Search the library by research area — find peptides by what they're studied for.
• Save pre-mixed blends — log a multi-peptide vial as a single blend.
• Doses remaining now matches across the Home and Protocols screens.

Thanks for using VialWise. Found a bug or a wrong citation? Email andrew@vialwise.app.

### 3.0.0 — 2026-07-27

Three big additions this release:

- Dark mode: the whole app now comes in a light or dark theme — follow your system or pick one in Settings.
- iCloud sync (Pro): keep your protocols, dose log, and journal in step across your devices, end-to-end through your own iCloud. VialWise never sees your data, and sync stays off until you turn it on.
- Apple Health export (Pro): optionally write the weight you log in your journal to Apple Health. VialWise only writes — it never reads your Health data.

Also in this update:
- The library now leads each entry with a plain-language read on what the research has studied it for, then the findings.
- Half-life charts and basic dose reminders are now free.
- Keep an optional lot/batch number and COA date on each vial's record.
- A cleaner reconstitution table, protocol cards, and calculator, plus a lot of small polish across the app.

Everything stays on your device unless you turn on iCloud sync. Research and educational purposes only. Not medical advice.

### 2.3.0 — 2026-07-16

Unlimited protocols are now free.

Save and track as many protocols as you want at no cost, alongside the reconstitution calculator and the 90+ cited peptide library.

New in Pro (a one-time unlock, no subscription):
- Cost per dose and vial.
- Custom titration or taper schedules.
- Save a blend as a single protocol.
- Deeper injection-site logging with sub-sites and rotation.
- Shared-vial tracking for a vial split across people.
- A live half-life view over your own logged doses.
- Back-logging, so you can add a dose you forgot to record.
- Cited storage and stability notes in the library.

Everything you log stays on your device. Research and educational purposes only. Not medical advice.
