With the here shown and described vialytics smartphone app, municipalities, counties and cities can easily assess the condition of their roads and create and manage georeferenced Work Orders for damaged objects on or around the road. System requirement: iPhone XR, iPhone 11, iPhone 12, iPhone 13, iPhone 16E NEW CONDITION ASSESSMENT Mounted with a mobile phone holder behind the windshield of municipal vehicles, the vialytics app on the iPhone automatically takes a picture every four meters. After the encrypted upload of the data, each individual image is getting anonymized and analyzed for 15 different road damage classes by the vialytics Artificial Intelligence, and rated and displayed accordingly in an interactive map in the connected vialytics web system. ALL Work Orders To see all the created Work Orders, the users can decide to view them in a map or in a list. When opening one Work Order, they can see the details and change them. To work off Work Orders, the users can e.g. filter for a specific category or priority, and after the job is done, mark the Work Order as 'Done'. All the Work Orders are getting synchronized with the vialytics web app always when the iPhone is connected to WIFI. UPLOADS After creating a new Condition Assessment, the data are getting automatically uploaded, as soon as the phone is connected to WIFI and the vialytics app is opened. At the top of the app, they can see the upload progress, find the status of each single inspection and view the previous inspections in a map.
