I have tried to book last 3/4 times and had to cancel as no one ever seems to take the hire - all times of the day pointless.

Cancelled 2 times “we don’t cover Airdrie to Airdrie”, just because the ride is just 5 quid?! So disabled people can’t use it during the rain. Ridiculous.  I lost my train for them.

I won’t be using this service again. Get the same trips; 22 quid everytime. Same driver threatening myself because he was listening and talking tae someone oan his phone and failed tae hear what I had too say then proceeded too lie and tried tae physically threaten me. So i told him contact yer rank and the coppers cause ill just burst yea. I am a Paranoid Schizophrenic; I informed all the drivers this. As it is not their fault but I even spelled out the area three times and he forced me tae pay 30 quid. And would refuse tae drive until i paid 20 when the meter was sitting at 7 quid because he messed up. I am tired of this extortion behaviour and down right disgusting behaviour if a done this i would have been jailed or worse sectioned. But this guy gets a wage and a slap oan the wrist and he even had his camera unplugged and all sorts. Tired of these wolves in sheep clothing. Lost a Loyal customer.

Missed bus in Glasgow one night as it drove past and didn’t stop. NLPH driver arrived in 15 minutes so safely home, no thanks to SPT.

They aren’t just efficient but also the most pocket friendly cabs. Their drivers are professional and cabs are really clean. Wether it is a £40 journey or £3 journey, they never refuse a ride. Highly recommend their service.
