## What is Vibe Tycoon?

Ship software, one prompt at a time -- then let it earn while you're away.

You're a vibe coder building an empire from a laptop. Start with a static landing page: tap to run a cycle, watch the balance climb, reinvest into the next unit. Ten tiers stretch from a landing page (.html) all the way to training a foundation model (.ckpt) -- a Chrome extension, a todo app, a freelance gig, an indie iOS app, a micro-SaaS, a devtools startup, an API platform, a GPU cluster -- each with its own economy and its own file-extension badge.

Hire an agent for a tier and it runs itself, forever -- even while the app is closed. Come back to earnings waiting for you, not a punishment for leaving.

A real decision, not just a curve
Bug Events interrupt your tiers at random. Pick a fast patch or a slower, more thorough one -- the one recurring choice this idle game actually asks you to think about.

Rewrite from scratch
Climb far enough, archive the whole repo, and start over with permanent context tokens -- ten upgrades that make every future run faster, spent once, kept forever.

Calm by design
No timers pressuring you, no streaks to lose, no account required. Plays fully offline. Optional rewarded videos double a payout or extend a boost, if you want them -- nothing is ever locked behind an ad.

Overnight build: offline earnings now ramp up the longer you're away -- a full night off pays out more than a quick check-in ever did.

New opt-in notification tells you exactly when your offline buffer is full. Off by default, one tap in Settings.

Cash upgrades unlock sooner on every tier, and the tier list now hints at what buying more gets you. Rewriting the studio has a smarter floor, so a deep run never stalls out on rewrites that barely pay.

### 2.0 — 2026-09-08

Vibe Tycoon has been rebuilt from scratch as a native idle tycoon.

Ten tiers from a landing page to a foundation model, agents that automate a tier forever, Bug Events as a real recurring choice, and a "rewrite from scratch" prestige loop with permanent upgrades.

New: optional rewarded-video boosts, a one-time Supporter purchase, and Time Skip consumables -- all optional, none of it required to progress.

The whole studio got a fresh, chunky new look — and the late game now keeps its promises: your choices in genre, platform and craft keep paying off long after your first hits, prestige is easier to find when you're ready (no rush, ever), and the numbers stay meaningful. Plus a clearer first game and a few quiet polish touches. Still no ads you didn't ask for, no streaks to guilt you, and it still works while you're away.
