Was promised close user engagement and upgrades along the way. Fast forward two years later, and ENDLESS bugs and issues, things are still the same - a disappointly arcane UI and lack of security and robustness. Said bugs include user account issues, integration issues with ClassPass, data privacy issues etc …. On top of all these, they raise prices year and year and do not allow grandfathering of prices. The app often crashes before I can get to the class booking page, sometimes even the moment I open it.
