## What is VibeHz?

Your phone usually pulls you out of your body. VibeHz turns it around.

Lie down, place your phone on your body, and close your eyes. VibeHz plays slow, rhythmic vibration with soft spatial sound, something you feel instead of watch. The screen stays face-down. You stay with yourself.

THREE VIBES
• Heart Center: a heartbeat rhythm on your chest that slowly settles.
• Gut Flow: a breathing wave on your lower belly, in and out.
• Ground Zero: a deep, heavy pulse on your lower back.

Pick a vibe, choose 5, 10 or 15 minutes, and let it run.

NOTHING ELSE
No account. No tracking. No feed. No internet needed. VibeHz collects no data at all.

PLEASE NOTE
VibeHz is a wellness practice, not a medical device. It doesn't diagnose, treat, or cure anything. If you have a pacemaker or other implanted medical device, are pregnant, or have a heart condition, talk to your doctor before using it. Never use it while driving. Use at your own risk.
