App closes every 15 minutes. The live control feature always says server not ready.  Daily punch in and free live control also stopped working properly

Super slow app, everything takes a while to load. The monthly gift - ‘Control models free for 30 seconds’ doesn’t work. Each time it tries to load it comes up with an error message - ‘Control session ended - the server is not ready, please wait a moment’. Not great. The app does support most sites and is entertaining when it works.

Works pretty good, especially with the max2 if it doesn’t work right off the bat with the sync I have found that hitting pause and play will connect right up. So far, I haven’t found a website that it doesn’t work on.

Can’t claim rewards, toy sync has its own mind half the time doesn’t work, half the time ignores tips, won’t load certain websites just takes to an endless captcha cycle… just go to the website directly and enjoy the fun without frustration. This app is just an unnecessary extra layer that doesn’t even do what it’s advertised for.
