They insist that I was getting everything, but I have screenshots to prove otherwise. I asked for an email address to send my screenshots to, and they won’t give it. Their feedback option is the most useless thing I’ve ever seen and I have used a lot of reading platforms such as Good Novel, Literie, Novel Flow and more. This one is the worst. I have to use “.” as spacer because you CANNOT type a space! My.messages.there.look.like.this. It’s ridiculous! If there’s a zero star option, I would give them zero! Despite cancelling my subscription, I have continued to be charged. When I noticed the first charge, I was surprised, so I checked my account and confirmed that I had definitely cancelled the subscription. I then sent an email but never received a response. To my great surprise, I was charged again today. This is absolutely unacceptable. I feel like I’ve been robbed. If I could give 0 stars, I would. ### 1/5 — DONT SPEN YOUR TIME AND MONEY *2026-07-19, version 1.1.80* I paid for a 7-day VIP week just to find out that the book ended in chapter 380. It clearly wasn’t even finished, it states that the book has 402 chapters!! It didn’t have and ending, nothing it abruptly ended after chapter 380, not even leaving a cliff hanger nothing! So I went o cancel my 7-day subscription just to have them charge me 14.99 for another 7-days!!! I’m trying to contact someone in the app but I’m not getting any responses!! Don’t waste your time, the books that say Complete, aren’t really completed!!! ### 1/5 — Cancel subscription *2026-07-16, version 1.1.80* I’ve been trying to cancel this subscription for a few weeks now customer service informed me to go through PayPal which is how I paid the subscription but when I tried nothing is in English the site is Chinese and it’s hard to navigate how to cancel.
