Started off of vibration but now were looking at balancing & alignment. No computer needed just grab your iPad and go. It's so easy I could take someone with no knowledge and they could easily learn. The best part is when I want to upgrade it's usually just an update on the iPad. So far they've been a couple and these of cost us nothing. As technology changes with time it is necessary to update and can cost thousands upon thousands. One of the features I like about this system is the ease go upgrading. So far I've seen a couple large updates and they cost me nothing, the latest upgrade gave us allot of new features. They could have charged customers for this but didn't. I originally purchased for vibration alone but have since added some add-ons, balancing being one, using a Node, another. Having all of this in a unit that weighs less than 3lbs is incredible. I am glad I waited this new app with its update is impressive. All I can say is if you are in this business this is a must have, not only for this app but for the others that make this unit a powerful tool. I am only using the vibration app currently but I plan on upgrading for the alignment and likely balancing as well. There really is an app for everything! To carry just one small, lightweight case is in itself worth it but not having to be tethered to a computer in order to send reports and trend data saves me time and time saves money. I suggested thermography capabilities a few months back and discovered they already have that. We are very happy with our systems. The features we get for the money we spent is beyond compare. You could spend 20/30k and not have so much. Overall it is built the way I would build a system if I could choose the features myself. The versatility is beyond anything I have ever used. This latest update was huge and brought features I had hoped for and some I had not thought could be added. I think that is this systems greatest feature, that is can be upgraded without having to buy new equiptment. Updates have been released every few months steadily for over a year and with each one more and more is added. I have really watched this app come very close to being perfect. We were quoted on three systems from different companies and one of them actually told me to steer clear of this, that is is hyped up to be more than it is. We almost didn't try it but they have a 30 day refturn policy and the comment actually made me even more curious. I figured if the competition was trying to dog it, it might be worrying them. We did a package for both balance and vibration, 4 apps, the sensors and tach. Granted what we had before this is ten years old but I have to give credit where it is due and I really think this is something else. It does much more than I needed it to do and the learning curve is pretty simple. Someone with little to no expereince could use this for basics, also is good for training purposes. I waited a few months to leave this review and I can honestly say this was money well spent. We have seen a few updates with our apps and they have been free.
