I have made lots of purchases from them but have had many issues with my vibrator and battery issue. It never seems to connect or sparingly will connect. Waste of $$. Reached out to vibes for help and got nothing back. ### 1/5 — Disappointed… *2024-09-24, version 2.1.7* Girlfriend got us toys before leaving. Our intention was to make use of the long distance feature. After updating both of our phones software, now neither of our toys connect to the app and we cant even make use of long distance. We’ve only had our toys for less than a week. To make things worse, this app hasnt been updated in 11months and who knows if this issue is going to be resolved.. Already tried deleting + reinstalling app, disconnecting and reconnecting toys, resetting our phones. Nothing works which is an indication its the app itself. This app is a game-changer! The very first day I used it, I came FIVE times. FIVE!!! (From all different audios). These ladies are doing god’s work with this app 😂. It’s going to completely change not only my experiences alone but also my experiences within my relationship. So excited this exists!! 10/10 highly recommend to anyone looking to spice up their sex life alone or with a partner! *EDIT* I’m not going to lie, I’m pretty disappointed with the quality of these toys. I bought the Rayna and loved it, but the suction stopped working fairly quickly. They replaced it for free, which was great, but then the second one’s battery compartment broke and now it won’t charge at all. I have never bent the Rayna in one direction or the other so I know it’s not misuse. The first one seems like it will charge but then never actually vibrates or suctions even though the light will turn on. So now I’m out $100+ dollars with neither of the Raynas I own working at all. Stay tuned for fresh new content each week. ### 1/5 — Pricing structure needs to be rethought *2022-06-20, version 1.01* Just to echo others because I do hope the GGE gals consider our feedback - the pricing structure for this app is a little ridiculous. The products alone are not cheap, and to be forced to pay an additional expensive subscription fee just to access the *basic* bluetooth controls that the toys are promoted as having included, is misleading advertising. Totally support the additional app content being paid, but I wish there was a free tier where the bluetooth for the toys was accessible. There is also no trial period unless you commit to an annual subscription which is strange. Three days is also very short. Why is there no proper free trial for this app? ### 1/5 — No trial period with toy purchase *2022-06-18, version 1.01* After the price point of the toys, I had assumed there would be a complimentary trial for the app. Or, at the very least, that I would be able to access the app but pay for additional/pro features. As it is, there is zero app access prior to committing to a paid subscription. Having a free trial (and a 3 day trial at that) only if one signs up for the annual subscription is not right. I can’t think of any app, including paid streaming services, that follow this no trial period model. Even Apple gives complimentary Fitness+ with an Apple Watch purchase. This is such a cool idea but poorly executed. ### 2/5 — Toys don’t last *2025-09-08, version 3.0.3* I really enjoy this brand and their toys. So much so, I bought again after my first one broke. However, the second one has been hard to charge (has to be a certain angle) and eventually broke. I’m disappointed because I really do enjoy the company and the concept, but after purchasing twice, I am upset that they don’t last longer. ### 2/5 — Great Vibe but bad marketing *2022-06-22* I was so hyped up for my Gigi only to learn that I had to pay for a subscription to use it fully (marketed as discreet but you need the app to use it as such) it’s a bomb vibe but you should get a free “basic” membership with the purchase. Took a chance cause I know Ranya and Ashley only want the best for us but I’m wishing I got another Lelo vibe that could actually be controlled by my partner for the base price. For all the podcast hype, they really should have mentioned all this since many earlier buyers didn’t know until the product came in.
