Stressful for me to wonder if alarm will actually go off. Been trying to stabilize my sleep schedule. So not helpful with that part. It woke me and my husband to install an update. Without my glasses I was swiping at my phone and apologizing. The Vibio stopped vibrating for approximately an hour, but started demanding my agreement to an update again at 3:24am. This time I put on my glasses, agreed to anything it demanded just to shut it up!
