## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Too many errors

*2026-02-12, version 1.1.13*

I have been tracking information but am unable to get reports because I get an error. And while my contact person is helpful, it doesn't change the many errors in the app. Do not rely on it to keep track of your information. It also gives me errors for messaging within the app and the "support" option just takes you to buy the product, not app support.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2025-03-10, version 1.1.9*

Pills don’t show as activated on the app. I agree this is disconcerting that they can’t create a functional app.

### 1/5 — Nothing is working

*2024-03-12, version 1.1.7*

Zero stars!! The app hasn’t worked for me since I started this journey. Having an app to track progress was one of the reasons I decided to try this treatment. $89 later and I’m very disappointed.

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2023-12-20, version 1.1.7*

Unbelievably bad app. How can a relatively simple product have such poorly designed app? I’m not going to waste my time trying to use it. Read the other negative reviews for details on what’s wrong.

### 2/5 — Horrible App

*2024-12-04, version 1.1.9*

Scary to think about taking a vibrating pill if this is how their App works. If the company wants to gain trust they need to first start by fixing this App that does not work.

### 2/5 — Useless

*2023-10-18, version 1.1.5*

Let’s hope the pills work better than the app. Completely buggy. Any simple pass through the basic functions would have shown glaring problems. Let’s hoped they are fixed.

### 3/5 — Helps with tracking

*2025-12-23*

Like this app to keep track of issues but it would be nice to be able to put in notes when reporting. Also it's not that intuitive to use. Sort of have to roam around a bit.

**Developer response:** Thanks for the feedback! We’re glad the app is helping you keep track of issues. In the upcoming release, you’ll be able to add medication manually as free text when reporting, which is a first step toward better note-taking. We’re also actively working on improving navigation to make the app more intuitive. Thanks for sharing your experience - it really helps us improve.

### 4/5 — Bowels are moving

*2025-10-06, version 1.1.11*

After years of not having any movement my bowels are now moving. Not wanting to live on laxatives and pharmaceuticals- I suffered until I learned about Vibrant. The first 10 days nothing happened. I was discouraged and I had to use an enema on day 10. But after that blockage was cleared each day I started to have a little bit of movement - which continued to increase. My stomach is flatter- no more bloating. I feel overall better- a bit more energetic and not so sluggish. I even started back at the gym. I don’t feel weighed down as much.

### 4/5 — Confusing …

*2023-02-28*

It’s almost like the devs for each different part of the app weren’t even aware of the other parts, so they didn’t try to communicate regarding app-wide consistency. In some screens the week begins on Sunday … in others, Monday … but they pass info as day 1, day 2, etc. I saved my schedule as “Monday Tuesday Thursday …” but then the app shows it as “Sunday Monday Wednesday …”. When I create a report for today and then look at My Calendar the report icon is on yesterday’s date, but View Details shows today’s date. I honestly don’t know what info will be sent to my doctor because the app doesn’t seem to be interpreting my input correctly … or maybe it’s just not displaying it correctly … who knows?? I’m really encouraged about this new remedy when so many prescriptions have failed to help, but the app was definitely not ready for its closeup yet.

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. We understand how frustrating those inconsistencies were. Since then, we've completely revamped the app for better consistency and performance, including fixes for scheduling and reporting issues. We appreciate your patience and input.

### 5/5 — Feeling better !

*2025-12-05, version 1.1.12*

I am so thankful to finally feel better again ! No more stomach aches !

## Most praised reviews (3 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Complex pelvic floor dysfunction

*2025-07-21, version 1.1.10*

Vibrant helps but doesn’t work completely for my complex pelvic floor dysfunction. Even w biofeedback, pelvic floor physical therapy, fiber, PEG, and Linzzes, I’m a difficult case. I’m a woman who has a natural child birth and multiple surgeries and treatments to help w pelvic floor dysfunction. I want other women with similar issues to know they are not alone. Vibrant can help but it may not be the magic solution.

### 5/5 — Easy to use companion

*2025-06-19, version 1.1.9*

Easy and effective companion for vibrant treatment

### 5/5 — Great companion app

*2024-10-10*

The app helps me remain on track with the company's vibrating pill treatment, which really helps relieve my constipation. It has a calendar in which I can choose the capsule intake schedule, get reminders to take it and also has an e-diary feature that I use to log and track my progression and improvement over time. Highly recommended if you are on the Vibrant System treatment.

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad to hear the app is helping you stay on track and monitor your progress with the Vibrant treatment. Your recommendation means a lot to us!
