I like the app but I also have my wish list: able to view my account and routing number in the app. make transfers to other vibrant accounts that I may not be associated with such as friends and family.

I am both sad and angry at all the closures of brick and mortar banking locations! I am tired of the fact that we put all our efforts into coffee houses as our area has more than enough locations! You also put a top of money into Vibrant Arena at the Mark. I have not noticed any discounts to your members! I do the banking I can online but there are cases I need to go into a location at least a couple times a month. The Milan location seemed busy and was convenient. I do not have the time needed to wait in a long line at the Southpark location. May be time to relocate mine, my son’s and my mothers to a banking location that cares about their customers.
