How can this be calming when the sounds and vibrations are on a loop that resets every few seconds. Also the sounds and vibration turn off when phone is idle and goes into sleep mode.

I purchased this really excited about the app. When I press ‘play’ for a session, it goes straight to the insight screen; does not play the session. Attempted to send 2 emails to support, both returned saying invalid email addresses?
