Furthermore, several of the inland species listed have no information. Not even a picture for identification! Lastly, the about section of the app states that the State of Victoria and its employees “disclaims all liability for any error, loss, or other consequences which may arise from you relying on any information in this publication.” So, it’s up to the recreational fisher to figure out where the mistakes have been made in this app before heading out for a flick. I was really hoping to see some detailed fish identification i.e. should include fish identification for dusky flathead that has a different size limit to other species of flatheads.
