Work Safe is hard enough to deal with but this app is a waste of time. Rebuild it with someone who knows how to build apps that work correctly. It took 2 months to fix the IOS 14 update issue. Surely you can’t be that busy??? ### 1/5 — App not working *2020-11-19, version 3.2.2* Have found this app very handy for lodging claims but it is no longer working since the last iOS update. My claims are mounting and this app needs to create a fix soon as it looks like lots of people are in the same predicament. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work at all *2020-11-18, version 3.2.2* Not sure why they advise you to use this app when it doesn’t work. Won’t even open; it simply crashes. Since the last iOS update, it is longer working. Our pharmaceutical claims are mounting and I feel for those who need to be reimbursed in order to feed themselves. Whoever is responsible for fixing this issue needs to get moving or at the very least, communicate to the public precisely what is going on. Not good enough I’m afraid. And what’s with every possible nickname being taken? Is that designed to frustrate you to the point where you don’t bother posting a review? Phone number is required as it has an asterisk next to it so it won’t let you progress any further without phone number! Considering this app is designed for injured workers to use and make communication easier and being reimbursed for out of pocket expenses faster. I can’t understand with the resources available to work safe why this app is so fundamentally flawed. It is just not good enough worksafe. It was a way to have things expedited, and when it works it is great, especially when you have an ignorant case manager who doesn’t even acknowledge any form of communication leaving you having to write complaint after complaint. Then receiving a response from senior management stating that the case manager was not operating within the legislative framework etc... and that the case managers conduct should not have happened. Only to find that the case manger wasn’t taken of my case, and still continues to breach code of practice, ignoring treatment referrals, communication of any form. I am no beginning to understand why so many give up and end it. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Shocking *2026-05-12, version 3.7.7* What a joke of an app, doesn’t even let me send the invoices of my treatment, which is the whole point of the app…. ### 1/5 — This app is a SCAM!!! *2025-06-19, version 3.7.7* Do Not provide your details to this app. Work Safe advised me that they Do no have an APP. Contact WorkSafe immediately ### 1/5 — Absolutely useless *2025-02-25, version 3.7.7* Still no changes to the app so still useless. The only way to submit a document/invoice is to take a photo with the camera in the app. The requires me to print an electronic copy of the invoice, and then use the app to take a photo. Other apps allow access to camera roll so that I can screenshot the invoice and upload it via the app. And when you submit, it doesn’t go to a portal linked to my account, it opens up in an email and has to get manually added to my account which means there’s sometimes human error and I don’t get reimbursed, the provider does. ### 1/5 — Absolutely useless *2024-10-29* The only way to submit a document/invoice is to take a photo with the camera in the app. The requires me to print an electronic copy of the invoice, and then use the app to take a photo. The font size is tiny, the menus are unintuitive. There are no settings available. This and the website show the serious underfunding of digital assets. Everything is done by email now so why is there no where to upload documents such as pdf.
