## What is VIC?

VIC este un asistent virtual care ajută organizațiile să coordoneze voluntarii. Este o soluție complexă formată dintr-o aplicație mobilă și o aplicație web. Aplicația web ajută ONG-urile să gestioneze mai eficient bazele de date ale voluntarilor și fluxurile de documente, să păstreze legătura cu participanții la activitățile de voluntariat și să monitorizeze cu ușurință orele de muncă prestate pro bono.
