## What is Vice?

Vice is your safe space to speak freely about the things you really want to talk about. In just a few minutes, you're connected with a verified person who wants to talk about the same things as you. 

Here, everyone is discreet but no one is fake. Every profile is verified by camera. Vice is anti-AI and anti-fake: you always know you're talking to a real person, who really is who they claim to be. You can finally be direct and curious, all while feeling safe.

Our mission: to create a space where everyone feels free, respected and heard. On the internet, it's still too hard to talk about certain subjects safely. Vice changes that.

How it works
- Every account is verified: age, gender, real person. You talk to someone verified and you know they're not lying about who they are.
- Describe what you're into in your bio. You stay discreet: no photos, just your first name, age and gender.
- When someone likes your bio, you get a chat request. You accept, or you don't. Every conversation is chosen, never random.
- If the vibe is right, you can both turn on media together. It's off by default, to respect everyone's boundaries.

- Every profile is verified, no exceptions.
- Discreet but transparent profiles. Each profile shows a description, a first name, an age and a gender, all verified. No photos.
- A conversation-first experience. Vice is a safe space for talking and doesn't encourage offline meetups.
- Ongoing moderation. We've put automated moderation tools in place to keep the environment respectful and in line with our platform rules.
- Your data is handled to strict standards. Nothing is sold or shared.

Vice is free to download. Optional subscriptions unlock additional features. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
