This app does everything my previous subscription-based workout tracker did and more, for free! I manually built my current workout with ease, then got it to analyze it and suggest improvements. It can also build you a workout from scratch. It’s easy to use with a clean, modern interface. Whether you’re an experienced lifter wanting a workout tracker or someone new to the game needing help crafting the perfect routine, this app is for you! Highly recommend
