Wow every single time I open this app it needs an update.. can’t use it without up day .. I am on this app wkly if not more WHY SO MANY UPDATES it seems like you could do better

Haven’t seen a more glitch riddled app in 10 years. All you have to do is use it.

App says I have 4000 steps meanwhile I have 14,000 tracked on my watch. It draws you in by giving points in mass then drops the point payout by like 80% from like 25 to 3. Tries to get you to click ads by replacing a button with an ad then what you're used to. Other apps are much better, I recommend WeWard.

I’m trying to log in for my volunteer work and it doesn’t let me. I’ve been trying for a few hours

We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble logging into the volunteer app. We aren't experiencing issues with it right now so we're eager to learn more and help you log in. Have you tried resetting your password? Note that the organization you volunteer with sets their own eligibility requirements on who can login and who can't, so they'll be able to shed more light. If you have them contact us directly we'll be happy to do a more thorough investigation and get this working for you.

it was good at first, but now it won’t let me log in with the password i saved and it won’t send me new emails to reset it.

If only I could help the development team update the technology and expand on some existing features, such as: multi-factor authentication, single sign-on, more than one web page or tabbed pages, linked internal anchors, more document storage, a built-in player to support training videos.

The app is easy to use and does what I need. But can you please cool it with the updates! I swear it has been at least 10 times in the past 4-6 weeks. Maybe that’s an exaggeration, but literally no other app I use requires updates more than once or twice in that time frame.

I love the app. Extremely easy to use with very few UI shortcomings. I would, however, like to be able to switch between the two organizations I volunteer for that use the application…without having to logout and log back in using a different password.

Overall this app is kind of clunky, but it does the job. It's in desperate need of dark mode, though. Please add that!

This app makes volunteering super easy and it keeps track of everything. The only thing I wish I could do was integrate my calendar with the calendar in the app. It would be much easier to make sure I have all my signed up shifts in my calendar so that I don’t have to open the app to see what I’ve signed up for. Otherwise, great, easy to use.
