However I was extremely disappointed and upset by the poor customer service when the app would no longer let me sign on (it was bugged) and the customer service would repeatedly not offer any help or support whilst they still took my subscription money (which is far too expensive for what the app is/provides compared to others). It took months of chasing and chasing (I was exasperated but refused to give up) and receiving automated and ridiculous replies from the team not addressing or reading my concerns (which was not hard I literally just couldn’t log in to my account with my normal details) until they finally put me through to the IT team who set me up with a different email. This still malfunctioned and I had to chase again, and then instead of adding two months back on I again had to chase them for the further month they owed me. I just can’t believe how bad the service was. It could have been so straight forward. Was not worth it either. Very disappointing app and experience and I really wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The app's support team indicated in Aug/Sep 2022 this wasn't the case and the wording in the app didn't reflect the newest referral policy. However, the app has kept on offering one month free membership. Totally misleading and disingenuous marketing! ### 1/5 — Badly made app *2022-12-08* Crashes everytime you try to change your preferences and forgets your preferences everytime you close the app..lol. Really badly done, it’s like they all went on holiday and didn’t leave anyone to look after the app. Honestly don’t spend a penny really is an awful app, don’t believe me do the free trail and you’ll even want to cancel that…not even your time. Just crashes at every tap and not straight forward to use and littered with fake accounts. Also will show you potentials from countries away (forget cities haha) and when you try to change the distance preference it crashes, at the moment I’m based and London and it’s showing me potentials as far as Spain and even America!!! **Developer response:** Sorry about your experience! Thanks for your feedback! ### 1/5 — Another underwhelming dating app *2022-11-14* Had some high hopes for this given the marketing they’ve done however this app has done nothing but disappoint. Half the buttons within the app just make it crash completely. You cannot put a radius less than 100m due to this rendering most matches you get useless as they are on the other end of the country. Given it’s pretty expensive in comparison to the other apps I would at least expect it to work. Other than that I’m not really sure what they are saying sets them apart from the rest as it’s got pretty basic features. **Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback! Our app is a private community with networking, events and dating functionalities, which is also unique comparing to other apps. ### 1/5 — Not what I expected *2022-10-04, version 5.6* Awful app. Registered and been on the waitlist for over two months. Will stick to LinkedIn that does not make me feel excluded from the very service I bothered to download and sign up to. ### 1/5 — Such a crap *2022-09-05, version 5.6* I have no idea who designed their app it’s absolutely disaster! Not only is it easy to flash back but many of the buttons don’t work at all! For example if you want to book a ticket the app will say to you that there is no phone number entered, firstly you have no idea where to enter it and then when you find it the button to enter the number doesn’t work at all. The original app is a private club app now transformed into a dating app…. It’s extremely hard to use. I received 1 reply, I then sent screen shots of the error messages that were popping up and since then they have not responded. By the time they responded to my email to fix the photo bugs, the app was behind a paywall and I couldn’t use any features anymore. Having spent on full membership to try it out, can wholeheartedly say that it won’t be renewed. Everyone knows everyone, everyone recognises everyone. Therefore, when I see profiles of local daters that I’ve never seen before on other dating apps I know those profiles are fake. ### 1/5 — Horrific. *2023-01-30, version 6.0* Took forever to get accepted, just to have a sub par experience in every possible way. - Trying to change distance filters crashes the app. - Support keeps lying to me that it’s being looked at. There’s been 3 updates since my first complaint. Still not fixed. - Notifications don’t work, I never know when I have a message from a match, so it takes me days to reply to them. - When they do work, the message doesn’t show up in the app until I restart it.
