I have clicked on the ‘verify physical and mailing address’ multiple times, no progress. The app won’t let me move forward- please fix. **Developer response:** We apologize for any difficulty you are experiencing and would love the opportunity to assist you with this issue. Their app is difficult to use and their web app is even worse. They experience frequent technical difficulties that prevent me from viewing my accounts or even accessing my money. They have terrible customer service that is unhelpful. I am in the process of withdrawing everything from them and they are preventing me from even doing that. **Developer response:** Hi Neal E. After waiting a week I called customer service they said it was mailed out that day. They waited a week to mail a form? I was told I they process requests in the order they’re received. They have a weeks backlog? A week later still no form. Similar issues last year and the year before. **Developer response:** We're sorry to hear of any issues downloading the form online but were unable to recreate the issue you experienced. If you have not received your form by mail and are still unable to download the form online to print at home, please contact us at 1-800-235-8396.
