This app freezes every time I use it. After the first session is complete, it automatically starts a new session without me actually wanting to do so, and there is no way to back out.. or it just freezes. Needs work guys. Packed real nice. Round is very well made, targets are very well made, packed very nice. That’s about where it stops. App is terrible. Graphics for starters are a Temu version of COD. But functionality is terrible. Doesn’t work 90% of the time. When I finally get it calibrated and start test it doesn’t work. Just…doesn’t work. Doesn’t recognize the laser. Nothing. Very disappointing. Will return. Update software. The app is unusable because you can’t even get a code to sign in. I see people still selling this on eBay and other platform so just beware if you buy this and you come to download it once you see these reviews send it back immediately and try to get a refund. I was seriously considering buying this training system, but thought that I'd check the app out, first, to make sure that it's well supported and functional. I tried logging in as a 'Guest', but it gave me some kind of error, saying that my trial time had run out. (I had just installed it, less than a minute before opening it.) Ditch the phone number requirement, and I'll give this another evaluation. These days, when it seems that companies can't safely retain the information we give them, I'm a little apprehensive about giving more info, than what's actually necessary. ### 1/5 — I don’t like to give China my phone number *2024-07-06* I did not sign up for app because I do not want to give China my cell phone number so I will choose to go a different route with a dry fire system. ### 1/5 — Extremely poor app *2024-06-28, version 1.0.11* We used this with our P320 9mm. The laser worked fine but the app was poorly made. It’s almost as if a high school student made it for their end of year project. The shots either don’t register or register 10 inches away from where it landed, I have to have a camera in front of my target for it to even calibrate it (which not even then does it calibrate), and it bugs out every five seconds during firing. I’m returning my laser system because the app is awful. It’s convenient, easy to use and accurate. The multiple targets that come in the pack keep things fun and interesting as well.
