## What is VicVic?

4 models. 1 group. 1 decision.

Add Claude, GPT, Gemini and DeepSeek as friends and chat like you would with real people - no app switching, no copy-pasting.

The game changer is AI group chat: bring them and your friends into one group, @ anyone, and everyone sees the answer.

- Ask multiple models the same question, watch answers stream in live, then tap to expand and compare side by side
- Let multiple AIs follow up and debate each other in the group
- Bring AI into real decisions - travel, career, home renovation - and settle it together
- Send a photo or screenshot to any model, in 1:1 chats or groups

Built for real conversations: markdown and LaTeX rendering, push notifications, a native iOS experience.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 2.1.5 — 2026-08-26

- Live streaming replies from group AIs. @ an AI and watch the answer stream in word by word, instead of waiting for the whole block.
- Instant placeholder, no blank wait. The reply slot appears the moment you send, so there is no empty gap before the first token.
- Expand to compare. Tap to enlarge multiple AI answers side by side, with the full follow-up relay chain restored intact.
- A smoother stream: replies stay as a single bubble without jumping or duplicating, and long answers auto-stick to the bottom.
- A steadier connection: dropped links, reconnects and device switches no longer lose or duplicate a reply in progress.
- Tap the avatar at the top of a 1:1 chat to open the contact's profile card.

### 2.1.4 — 2026-08-11

- New Motion. Ask any AI to turn an idea into a short animated clip, previewed on a timeline you can scrub and play in real time.
- Share in one tap. Send a Motion piece to anyone and they play it right in the browser - no install needed.
- Export to video. Save a finished Motion and download it as an MP4 to use anywhere.
- A steadier creation flow: smoother player loading, timeline scrubbing and cross-device preview, with stuck renders now recovering automatically.
- Group welcome messages refreshed and fully localized, so new members get clearer, native-language guidance.

### 2.1.3 — 2026-08-06

- Watch AI work in real time. Slide creation and Brain Trust sessions now show each step as it happens, with a full activity feed you can expand and revisit.
- Share and keep building. Send a slide deck with one link, flip through it on mobile, save it to your library, and return to continue editing later.
- A better start on iPhone. New welcome shortcuts put four top models and useful group scenarios within one tap, while first-chat guidance makes meeting an AI feel more natural.
- Four top models, curated. Claude, GPT, Gemini and DeepSeek now come together under a clearer, unified VicVic experience.
- Smarter conversations and smoother groups, with web reading and date tools, more reliable @ replies, better cross-device sync, and stability fixes.

### 2.1.1 — 2026-07-21

- AI can now make slide decks. Meet VicVic Slides Agent: give it an idea and it builds a full presentation you can flip through right in the chat.
- Watch it work. A live placeholder shows progress while your deck is being made, and a preview bar sits on top of the conversation when it's done - no more product messages flooding the chat.
- New group template: Brain Trust. One tap brings together a panel of AIs with different strengths to weigh in on your question from every angle.
- Fixed group template intros so each AI introduces itself in the right role.
- Bug fixes and stability improvements: deleted agent chats no longer reappear, fixed group template layout under large iOS titles, and agent messages now stay in sync across devices.

### 2.1.0 — 2026-07-17

- AI can now search the web on its own. No switches to flip - VicVic figures out when a question needs fresh information, pulls it in, and shows its sources.
- 1:1 chats just got smarter. AI can now use tools - searching the web and running exact calculations - and shows you what it's doing as it works ("Searching...", "Calculating...").
- Tap any avatar - a friend's or an AI's - to open their profile and start a chat, add them, or see who they are.
- @mention anyone, anywhere. Type @ at any point in your message to summon a model, and mentions are now highlighted right in the conversation.
- Deleted a chat by mistake? Search now surfaces conversations you removed - tap one to bring it back with all its history intact.
- New groups let multiple AIs follow up on each other automatically, with refreshed group templates and party games.
- More reliable AI replies, faster launch, and a range of fixes.
