Finally had to enter manually. My background check rejected due to that saying need to get ID verified. Trying to get back into app to try and do so. Get error every time it says it will send me a verification code to email, so email never comes. Keep trying to send help ticket in app but get error or it just does nothing when I hit “submit” so can’t do that. Literally WORTHLESS and I don’t know what to do - it is unusable.
